Terms Of Admission
- Children aged between 2 to 6 years old.
- Diagnosed with autism by GENIUS Kurnia’s panel of referees.
- Parents agree with GENIUS Kurnia rules and regulation.
List of Documents for Admission to GENIUS Kurnia
- Copy of diagnosis letter from the GENIUS Kurnia’s panel of referees.
- Copy of child’s Mykid
- Copy of child’s birth certificate
- Copy of child’s OKU card (if available)
- Child’s passport size photos (2 pieces)
- Copy of parents’ identification card
- Parents who are self-employed need to provide confirmation letter of income from Ketua Kampung or Management and Professional Group in public service.
- Copy of both parents’ payslip
